Information about the processing of your personal data (data protection declaration)
We place great emphasis on the correct use of your data which we record when you visit our Internet site and inform you in detail about the recording, storage and handling of these data. Our Internet site can be visited by users generally without disclosing their personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example, name, address, e-mail address or phone number) are entered on our Web site, this is always on a voluntary basis. These data will be handled by us in accordance with the German and European data protection regulations and the principles defined therein that are valid for us.
We do our best to ensure complete protection of the personal data process on this Internet site by organisational and technical measures. Nevertheless, Internet-based data transfers (e.g. For communication by e-mail) inherently exhibit security loopholes so that absolute protection (e.g. Against attack by hackers) cannot be guaranteed.

1. Use of cookies
Cookies are tiny text files that Web Servers save on your computer when you visit an Internet site. When the appropriate Internet site is opened again, your browser sends the previously created cookie back to the Web Server. Since you are “recognisable” by cookies, an Internet site can be personalised by using cookies, displayed advertisements can be controlled specially and navigation on an Internet site can be simplified.
How do we use cookies?
Our whole Internet site can also be used without cookies. A cookie may be set for certain applications (e.g. for controlling pop-up windows, as an aid for filling in forms, in forums and similar). This cookie is only set to check whether or not you have already visited our Internet site at your next visit. Personal information is not stored in this cookie.
If you do not want cookies to be used, you can set that you do not wish cookies to be saved in every browser. Which settings you have to make in your browser will be explained in the section “Refusing cookies”.
How do third parties use cookies in our online presentation?
For checking the quality and success of our Web site, our Internet presentation uses the services of Google Analytics, here - if you allow - Google will save cookies on your computer. The use of these cookies enables analysis of the use of our Internet site. The information saved in this cookie about the use of our Internet site is transferred together with your IP address to a Google Analytics server in the USA and stored there by Google.
You can prevent saving of cookies by third providers (e.g. Google Analytics) as described in the section “Refusing cookies”. If you do not do this, you declare with the use of our Internet site that you agree to the processing of the data saved in this cookie by Google Analytics.
2. Collection of general data and information
Our Internet site collects a number of general data and items of information every time a user visits the Internet site and stores them in the server logfiles. The following may be recorded
- - the used browser types and versions,
- the operating system used by the accessing system,
- the Internet site from which an accessing system accesses our Internet site (so-called referrers)
- the sub-sites which are linked by an accessing system on our Internet site,
- the date and time of access to the Internet site
- an Internet protocol address (IP address)
- the Internet Service Provider of the accessing system.
This general data and information is recorded anonymously, i.e. we get no references to the person concerned from your use. The anonymous data of the server logfiles are saved separately from all personal data provided by a person concerned. We save these data to be able to determine wilful manipulation or misuse of our online presentation and to make statistical evaluations of the quality of our Internet presentation.
3. Contact possibility through the Internet site
Based on legal regulations, our Internet site contains information which allow you to make fast electronic contact with our company as well as direct communication with us which also includes a general address of the so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If you contact us by e-mail or by means of a contact form, your personal data will be saved automatically. Such voluntarily rendered personal data will be saved for the purpose of processing or contacting. These personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
4. Storage and transfer of data on placing an order
The provision of personal data may be necessary for concluding a contract between us and you; failure to provide these personal data would result in not being able to conclude a contract with you.
Storage of the personal data serves in this case exclusively for providing our contractually owed services. The same applies for storage processes which are essential for carrying our pre-contractual measures, for instance in cases of inquiries about our services.
There will be no transfer of personal data to third parties or their further processing in this case. The case is different if
- we are subject to a legal obligation which necessitates processing or transfer of personal data such as the fulfilment of tax or legal commercial law obligations or
- transfer of personal data to third parties should be necessary in the course of contract handling.
5. Routine deletion and barring of personal data
We process and save personal data only for the period of time that is necessary for providing our contractually owed services; thereafter they will be deleted by routine. Longer storage is possible insofar as we are obliged to do so due to tax or commercial retention period and documentation obligations.

8. Google Analytics
Our Web site uses Google Analytics, a Web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies", text files that are saved on your computer and enable an analysis of the use of the Web site by you. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this Web site is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. In case of activation of the IP anonymization on this Web site, your IP address will be abbreviated by Google first, however, within European Union member states or in other contract states of the agreement over the European economic region. The full IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. In the name of the operator of this Web site, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the Web site, to compile reports on Web site activities and to provide further services to the Web site operator in connection with the use of the Web site and the Internet. The IP address transferred by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being saved by an appropriate setting in your browser software; however, we would like to remind you that you may not be able to use all the functions of this Web site fully in this case. You can also prevent the transfer of the data created by the cookie and related to the use of the Web site (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of these data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link:
http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
This Web site uses the IP anonymization function of Google Analytics. Together with a concluded contract for order data processing with Google as well as your possibility of installing the browser add-on for deactivating Google Analytics, the current requirements of the German data protection authorities regarding the data protection-conform use of Google Analytics are satisfied.
Further information can be found under
http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html (general information about Google Analytics and data protection).

Our Web site contains links to external Web sites. However, we have no influence on the compliance with data protection regulations by their operators. As a provider, we are responsible for our own content according to the general laws. A distinction is to be made here between our own content and the content provided by others to which we provide links. We will accept no responsibility for external content which are made accessible for use by appropriate links. The provider of the Web site to which we refer is solely liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content.
10. Amendments to the data protection declaration
